Horse boarding packages and additional add-on services offered at Horse Butte Farms.
What’s Included
All boarded horses receive the following, regardless of which service is chosen for living quarters:
Up to 3 hay feedings a day (Up to 4 generous flakes of grass and/or alfalfa is included)
Grain/supplements fed up to 2x/day upon request (additional $30-60+/month, per individual horse)
Water troughs and stalls/paddocks cleaned daily
Seasonal blanketing and rain jackets applied when needed
Fly spray during the summer months
Stall with Run
$940.00
A horse lives in a stall with a run full-time.
Stall with Turnout
$880.00
A horse lives in a stall overnight and gets turned out into a private larger pen every day.
Private Pasture
$800.00
A horse lives in a private pasture full time with a shelter on the property.
Shared Pasture
$725.00
A horse lives in a shared pasture on the property full time with one or two other horses, pending availability and horse relationships.
Guest Boarding!
$65.00/night
We offer guest overnight boarding and care for horses needing temporary housing. Housing: overnight box stall with private turnout daily to a larger pen by our staff.
Hay (grass/alfalfa) are included. Grain and supplements are additional and provided by owner.
Additional Services
Haul-In Riding
Looking for arena space to ride? We have two indoor arenas and one outdoor arena you can use!
Hours: 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday
$25.00 per haul-in
Lunging
Boarders, do you need help lunging your horse while you’re out of town or to support health regimens? Our staff can support with 30-minute lunge sessions.
$25.00 per lunge
Hand Walking
Boarders, if you need your horse hand-walked, our staff can support you. Let us know how often you want this service done.
$25.00 for 30 minutes
Grooming
Boarders, we can support you with grooming services while you’re traveling or if you need additional support. This service includes 30 minutes of grooming your horse. Baths not included.
$25.00 per groom
Horse Holding for Services
Boarders, if you cannot make your farrier and vet appointment and your horse needs hand-held attention during these services, our staff can fill in.

Trailer Storage
Do you need to store your trailer? We offer space for outdoor trailer storage on our property. First come first serve.
$40.00 per month
Extra Shavings
If you want additional shavings in your horse’s stall, let us know!
$5.00 per barrel
Wound Care
For injured horses who are boarded at HBF, our staff can assist with critical wound care, should it ever be needed.
$10.00 per day
Looking to host a workshop or clinic?
We would love to host you! With two indoor arenas, one outdoor arena and a round pen, we offer one-day clinics and weekend-long events to support our community. Let us know if you’re looking for arena space and a facility that offers overnight boarding for guest horses.
